Authorized dealers' websites are among the most preferred places for online test drive requests with 61%. Car brands' own websites, on the other hand, have a very low rate of 29% getting test drive appointments. The rate of preference for online test drive appointments was 47%.

Location is very important for test drive appointments. While 33% of the users who participated in the research hope to be directed to a brand page with all information about the vehicle in the advertisement, 27% expect to land on the page of the nearest dealer.
